... Obviously Rita's death and Dexter trying to raise the kids is going to be a thread through the season, but the focal point is going to be Quinn going rogue to investigate him and this apparent cult/ritual murder thing they teased (which I'm a bit skeptical about, to be honest) and how it all ties together.
