basically from that point on she decided she was holding the producers hostage any time they used her image or likeness.
So yea she wasn't ready to go, but the writers were clearly ready for her character to leave, and if you look at the evolution of the character her usefulness slowly started to slip away. She means more to Dex now dead than she had in many years alive (the pre boobjob) days.
Hurray for her for getting her money though.
