We've just received confirmed info on the 4th annual Paid Dues Independent Hip Hop Festival brought to you by Murs 3:16 and Guerilla Union. If you saw our coverage of last year's fest, you should know better than to miss it this time around. Paid Dues will take place March 28th at the NOS Events Center in San Bernadino, CA. The line-up will include: Atmosphere, Tech N9ne, Living Legends, Brother Ali, B-Real, Grouch & Eligh, Cage, Blu & Exile, Eyedea & Abilities, LMNO, dJ Val the Vandal, Verbs, and The Bayliens, with 2mex on hand to host the event. For our OKP readers we're offering you a chance to get your tickets before Saturday 1/31, the official date Paid Dues tickets go on sale.
