In Cubase, if you know the BPM of the beat you're syncing to, it's pretty straight forward. You can plug everything in, the starting BPM the final BPM, wether to process it as rhythm or vocals and usually you still have to do some chopping and stretching to fit, but - the last one I did took less than an hour.
