first off to Aeon...dont call me a cheater b/c you made a mistake by letting the previous post slip...there is nothing in the post that mislead anybody...i stated my intentions..i stated in the post that i specifically called you out because you can hlep me make my battle idea happen(and you have control over MTM)...if you think im only doing this to get spins on my myspace you are right!(that is why we make beats in the first place to be heard)...but most of all im extremely serious about getting this beat battle goin...i hope i didnt offend anyone though and with that i will post my ideas and hope everyone has their input...if this idea is wack and doesnt pull through...i will just have to give up on it...

for a week or 2 or maybe even a month....people vote, for example they peep both our pages , if some one votes and they like your top 2 over mine they vote by typing 2/3 Aeon or 2/3 Cosign if they vote for me....after the tally of over however long the battle is, the results will be in...the winner will get the title of prducer's name the "Okayplayer Make The Music" Producer of the month..by having a topic Posted of that title that stays for a whole month...the whole idea is for the winner to be heard(instead of having all these producers post "check my beats" they will only have to earn listeners this way)...the winner gets a title of being the winner...that's it...

and the calling out and being unprepared part should be taken care of by inboxing the person you want to battle to prepare...no calling people out on a headline......a simple, "BEAT BATTLE: name VS name"....would do..

anyway--


i thought you were going to put up ideas for the battle in here. do you have a format you want? the cycles you want? how often are we doing it?

i'm all for this but it's gotta be some rules to it for it to work.

back in the lesson, somebody'd post an mp3 to sample and then there was an amount of time that everybody had to be done by. we could work off that format.

this is a good idea, get everybody sharpening their skills instead of just coming here to post wack beats. but lets figure it out.
