20159, yeah only way i know of is to render your track as seperated wavs.

it'll split each mixer track into seperately recorded stereo wavs, and you can load them into seperate tracks in protools.
protools doesn't open .FLP files. of course you could always track FL studio into protools in realtime (which is the direction i want to go in this year)
