Today i was just doin my usual browse through @ Salvation Army..for records as always and i see a mint not even hardly a scratch clean Roland Juno-1

Im geeked the fuck out right now..ive wanted a 106 but this will do till then. Price paid? Free :)..the manager is my fam.

Anybody ever played one?..tell me where to get some patches

Never tried the sounds (it's not too hard to program this beast yourself) but you could check

yeah just playing around the interface is very easy..thing thing can make some great brass/strings/bass sounds

I love that synth. I took me a while to learn how to tame it/ mix it in without losing its thickness cause it can eat up all your space or (same coin different side) end up being too thin easily.

It's not a bad idea at all to download some other than your own patches though (I just never did) cause you'll learn the possibilities of the instrument faster and although the Juno is typically used for this and that, it is actually a quite versatile instrument.

Yes.. It's just "eh" IMHO.. ALOT of artifacts on the supposedly analogue patches..
