Positives: I think the mixes are pretty consistent and sound clear. Drums sound good for the most part to me. Solid stuff. Some of these grooves are pretty cool.

Criticisms: Not that much risk. I really liked "one arm push-up". some of the dirty south stuff was kinda dull to me but it all sounded clean and well-executed. I'd like to have heard more creative use of harmony. I guess what I'm tryin to say is that it just could be more creative, less quantized, more human. The swing grooves could be more pocket.

Do i wanna talk shit on Yadgu or anyone else in here, naw definitely not. I dont' have time for that. I'm too busy gettin my shit together, but Yadgu, as a peer I respect you but I think you should be a bit more humble because while your shit is solid and it will continue to improve, you're not creatively up there with the masters yet. Am I? No, but I'll get there. I'd like to be as solid with the mixes as you are, and without those drum sounds I wouldn't have made all the progress I made recently.
