I mean it powers up and what not but none of my programs are detecting the drivers.

As far as the second part to your question, no idea. It's just a controller and doesn't produce any sounds (if that's what you're asking)

And the reason I ask the question above is because customer service is saying that since I'm using Media Center, they can't help me because of the soundboard. I'm saying to myself what does the soundboard have to do with a driver for a controller that doesn't produce a sound. That's like Gateway saying they can't fix my mouse because Media Center doesn't support non-native soundboards.
