I'm no OK Creative. I could answer the OK Academic version of those questions. One of my dreams in life was to be one of those "creative" types, but I just don't have the skills in those areas. And I'm more than OK with that. I have no problems with my invovelment in the creative arts being limited to fan/critic.

I just wanted to say that I admire everyone out there who's trying to get theirs when they have no one before them blazing the path. Yeah med school is hard work and long hours, but I have ease of mind in that I know where I'm going. Lots of folks have come before and lots will come after. Just keep doing you and hopefully that will roll into something you can do as a career. I hope I'm speaking for more than myself when I say this, but let us know how we can support in a meaningful way.
