yes.

i think so. the problem is that there are so many routes to success in what i want to do.

it could go either way. i could see me being in a much better place in a year from now. i could also see me being exactly where i am right now.

>how much harder has it been than you anticipated?
stand up comedy is hard. i knew that going in. i had no idea about all the other stuff that goes on off the stage. as far as writing goes. i feel like i've gotten a lot stronger and gone a long way towards finding my voice in the past few years. obviously, i think writing a book has had a lot to do with that.
