In getting Key and Theo to the rowboat, Merika was essential to the process and went through it all with good intentions. But when it came time to actually leave the tunnel, Merika insisted on not getting on the rowboat, saying that while the US can be very helpful in the grand scheme of global aid, our country should use better discretion in this department as well.
