Call it a hunch, but there was a qoute on the chalkboard along the lines of, "Don't trust The Question, he lies." It seems a bit too convenient that he and Montoya found the weapons in the warehouse and those decapitated bodies in Kahndaq. Why would he be setting Montoya up though? That baffles, me.
As for Tot, I'm thinking it is somebody helping prep for the apparent invasion...
