But I think a big part of that is because it's such a lighter piece.
I was in the opposite camp I guess in that I didn't like Million Dollar Baby at first, but a second viewing won me over. But it's not a movie I see myself going back to very often.
As for the Aviator, I admire what Scorsese was trying to do, but it's just too long. It's a 160 minute movie that feels like it's twice that length.
