They did homie dirty though. I actually did start to like Julian when it looked like he learned the program and was ready to actually be a cop, but all of his flip-flopping and just straight up bitchisms really made me not like him. When Vic busted him getting head from his mexican homie, I was laughing my ass off. I just don't like people that are like julian (not the gay thing, but everything else).
