I agree with bell hooks when she said that in that movie, the only person in that movie who was actualized was the heroic White male...and at the expense of an entire Black family unit (the wife hyper-sexualized, and oxymoronically, infantilized, the Black husband killed, the Black son killed...leaving the Venus hottentot mama alone, and desparate for some White dick/love, because for those "jezebels"...they are one in the same...)
