dude thats what i thought too. man there really is a lot to this fuckin movie, and the fact that you need to watch it a coupla times to understand it is a good thing in my opinion. i thought the mini-elderly folk were also like her guilt (her past coming back to haunt her) pushing her to kill herself. did you see the blue box in the drawer when she opened it to grab the gun too? i think that it is there.
