Dude is coming off of a billion dollar movie that was a flop here in the states. One bad indie and the mess that was Dark Shadows later and his name isn't getting the financing needed to pay his rate, which is why he dropped out of Black Mass. And if Lone Ranger tanks,he will have no choice but go back to Pirates 5 if he wants to see his current paycheck. Now Will was a bigger star than Depp and will get more wiggle room but there is no denying that two disappointing domestic takes in a row will get people eying his next time out.
People saying he is done are idiots but he is not bulletproof and after earth puts a lot of pressure on his next flick.
