Every single critic could think a movie was just below the threshold to give it a fresh rating and that movie would have 0 percent.
Metacritic, which is based on a 1-10 scale has it at 32, though. So I guess there were still a lot of critics that really didn't like it, but still twice as high as the tomatometer score.
