So, I'm done and graduated from film school - but that's not to say that I am done with the films I worked on while there. I currently have 2 films that I produced that are pretty much done. Let's start with the bad and go toward the good, shall we?

Yeah...it's not done. Wanna know why? Well according to their website:

"12.09.05

we have finished shooting all of the additional footage for “the great misfortune of charles proctor.” the film is in its final post stage now.

08.25.05

decisions have been made and a few additional scenes for “the great misfortune of charles proctor” are going to be shot. the rest of the film is finished. the film will be released soon. "

That's that. They actually raised money (which is crazy cause they couldn't raise any when we were shooting) for additional scenes to "put the director's stamp on the project". Yeah, they built sets and all that. Know why? Cause when they cut the film together it didn't work AT ALLLLL. I laughed. I didn't cry, cause a rough cut, good or bad, was all I needed to get my A. I'm done with that project and them.

I am DYING to see it though. I'd also love to do a commentary on it, as I said, but that won't happen.

The film I produced for my NYU homie is 99% done and aside from a few problems, I think it's good. I'm proud of it. Again, it's an excercise but here it is in all it's glory:
