Marie knew of Jesse's involvement with Walt, which means the DEA knows of Jesse on some level. Also, Marie may or may not have been present when he made the confession video for Hank, so she could possible have given up some of the details to the remaining DEA agents as well. And there's also the fact the local ABQ police were onto Jesse when he was tossing out his $5 million before Hank got to him. All in all, odds are slim to none that Jesse stays local.
