114231, Yup. He explains perfectly that while it was a 'good' ending it felt off

"But it also felt so neat, and so orderly, in such an un-"Breaking Bad" sort of way, that I don't think I can give the show bonus points for its last episode in the same way that "The Shield" or "Six Feet Under" get extra credit for their finales."

Outside of him confronting his old partners, the sense of dread, of WTF-ness wasn't there.

Does that mean it was a bad ending? No
Does that hurt the show in any way? No
And there's a perfectly logical reason why it was so streamlined, and considering how tight everything was if we got a 'breaking bad'-esque ending we would probably have hella questions this morning when we haven one. So it is nitpicking.

But as someone said above, it's probably the most shocking way they could have ended it.
