At least until he does Jesse dirty to get at Walt, cuz I got a soft spot for that kid as well.

But Heisenberg? Yeah fuck that guy. His evolution into a monster made for some of the most compelling television ever, no doubt, but who is actually still rooting for this guy? Underpaid science teachers living out some revenge of the nerds fantasy?

The only reason I'm still *kinda* interested in Walt being somewhat redeemed is just to see if the writers can pull it off. I'm always amazed by the power of stories – depending on how they're told, the audience will pretty much root for anybody. But somewhere along the line Walt crossed that line for me and now I can't wait to see him lose.

Some small part of me still wants him to lose with a tiny bit of dignity restored.
