Hank because of the Critical Beatdown he caught earlier on in the series, it would be ill if Hank somehow twisted Jesse's head up to the point he'd be willing to drop dimes on Walt. I'm sure it isn't likely since he has no clue what kind or relationship the two of them have, but that would be interesting.
