he said six months, not weeks. and his ID was a fake in the first flash forward, so there's no telling what age he is (could be doing the bacon thing to celebrate the 52nd birthday that already passed or he knows he won't see his 52nd). he turned 51 halfway through season 5A, but in the last episode there's a montage that covers several months of making cash off the european drug trade. so he's probably 51.5, maybe a little older.
