you get most of everything these days. it may be a few weeks (or sometimes months) later than LA and NYC, but you'll be able to see it on a big screen.

Landmark is in 18 cities and shows most of the foreign releases with US distribution, Alamo Drafthouse is starting to expand nationwide, and even Cinemark slides some of the awards circuit foreign stuff into their programming.

aside from that, the turnaround to home release is usually really quick for international film as well. Netflix gets them quickly, often streaming.
