Also, the selection of film has a lot to do with it. If you go watch a comedy or a movie marketed toward teens, the chances of Shenannigans is much higher. I avoid those.

Plus I have a theater scoped out that charges you for parking. That really keeps out the riff-raff like you wouldn't believe. It's usually a good experience there, even if it is 20 minutes away (straight freeway driving).
