EDIT: Now granted, I haven't seen Wanderlust, which looked kinda flat, I skipped American Reunion, and I haven't peeped Woody Allen's latest because it doesn't interest me in any way, shape, or form

But yeah, 21 Jump Street is the comedy to beat so far, imo
