the problem is the people who did vote, who are more concerned with everyone being impressed with their choices than they are with picking the best films of the year. we need to kill these public ballots, 'cause our best picture list isn't even close to being representative of the best work done on film in 2012. not even close. the academy's list crushes ours. the five worst films on the academy's list crushes ours. it's by far the worst list i've seen from any group this year. a snobby, elitist art house circle jerk. complete garbage.
