I couldn't figure out if the movie was really supposed to be based in england because if it is...why is everyone using a bad english accent only half the time?

also confusing me was that I thought this movie was the illusonist and kept waiting for paul giamatti to show up, and for the movie to suck, since I had heard the the illusionist sucked. neither happened, because this was not the illusionist.
