is....why does borden send jackman to tesla....when he has no idea tesla can/would build such a machine, since he never needed it?


everything else about the movie is blindingly obvious.


but the ending sucks because it's like oh...yeah, one guy has a "real" magic trick thats technology and one guy has a twin.


that's not really interesting, although the story in between is.

I enjoyed them ovie and all, however the whole twin thing breaks it.

it would make more sense if bale's character really did get the mahcine from tesla, use it once early on, and stop there with the clones living the split life.
