Maybe it was a local thing, but they were basically exactly the same. And they were quite well done, too. A sweet little vignette about a guy going to the grocery store at night to get some ice cream for his pregnant wife, some high school guys bashfully flirting with a carful of cute girls, both with a jarring collision coming completely out of the blue. It was for an insurance company, with a tagline that was something like "Didn't see that coming? You never do."
