So in that regard it still captures something about life in LA
On top of that the Vegas scenes were definitive of how people perceive Vegas shit to go down, in fact ever since Swingers I doubt that anyone under 60 hasn't gone to Vegas and used "money" as an adjective...So you can probably put it in both slots.
