Nothing plot wise, but in Cinescape interview, Tarantino said(and I paraphrase):

-there are different scenes representing different genres. For example, one scene is a B movie. One scene is a Shaw Brothers kung fu scene. There is an anime scene.

-there are hardly any computer effects, if any at all. Wanted to do special effects the old fashioned way.

-it will definitely be very very violent
