really, really enjoyed it. was a bit long and it didn't help that the last third was the weakest, mainly due to the Two Face parts of the film being the worst. still great and looking forward to my second showing which i need to make a little more sense of it all. everything was very fast and chaotic i thought, things left unexplained and story not force fed which i really liked.

also, harvey is looking at joker as the nurse normally, then is really shocked when the joker takes the mask around his mouth off. is he really that used to nurses wearing that kind of makeup around the eyes? annoyed me a little.

some favourite moments:
the pencil trick.
"you're crazy", to which joker replies "i'm not.... i'm not".
joker asking people where harvey was.
the whole section where the joker is locked up, talking to the cop about the friends of his that he killed and asking for his call.

basically, most of the time ledger was on the screen.
