I mean, really, I know it's nitpicky, but ALL I'm really asking for here is a shot of the Joker leaving somehow. That's it. That's all.

I mean, all the other shit about how the situation might have REALISTICALLY played out, with him on the hunt for Harvey Dent and the police on super duper alert, that's not even that important.

We are just left simply SPECULATING how that scene actually resolved. All we're given is Batman, trashed on a streetcar below, saying, "Harvey is safe."

Just give me a TWO SECOND SHOT of elevator doors closing on the Joker. That's it. That's all.

I'm just saying, that's pretty damn weak if you have a huge hole like that. If it's going to be the GREATEST movie ever or whatever it's supposed to be, I really expect it not to entirely trip over its own feet like that.

It's good. It has its merits. But let's not get lost swimming in the hype.
