>>3. City of God- 1295

>I liked City of God. But I never thought it was *this* good. I

Agreement.

>>7. Fargo- 1170

>I'm leaning more with 40street on this one. it's a "year's
>best" film to me, not a "decade's best" one.

Disagreement. Though I'm starting to suspect that No Country For Old Men very well might pass it one day.

>>13. The Usual Suspects- 960
>
>Wow. Yikes.

AGREEMENT. I couldn't believe it was this high. And I really liked it too.

>>18. Rushmore- 827
>
>Never understood the appeal of this movie either. I've watched
>it like three times on cable, too.

Disagreement. It's a white person thing.

>>20. The Incredibles- 790
>
>On the record: Pixar's most overrated film.

It shouldn't be this high... but I wouldn't say most overrated.

>>21. Batman Begins- 780
>
>WOW!

This just goes to show you how much people jizz over these flicks.

>>22. Lord of the Rings Trilogy- 764
>
>I honestly can't imagine anybody who read the books first
>thinks highly of the movies. Not that they were bad, but they
>just pale in comparison. I mean, you might as well put the
>Harry Potter movies up here.

Didn't read the books first, so disagreement, lol.

>>25. Ghostbusters- 722
>
>Count me as someone who liked the sequel better.

Ehhhh, I don't know if it's BETTER. But I did have nightmares about Viggo when I was a little one.

>>27. LA Confidential- 717
>
>Very boring to me.

Disagreement, but I wouldn't have had it this high.

>>37. Memento- 595
>
>Sorry jigga, I really did not like this one.

Disagreement, tho again, I would gladly have sunk this film for some of my others that didn't make it.

>>41. Miller’s Crossing- 552
>
>Scratch Fargo -- *this* is the Coens' most overrated film.

As a Coens dickrider, agreement.

>>42. Forrest Gump- 547
>
>LOL I can't fucking stand this movie.

I've just always been indifferent about it. I admire it as a nice piece of manipulative mainstream drama, and the performances are great. I don't love it though... but I don't hate it. I think I'm the only one on the site who feels this way.

>>48. Anchorman- 501
>
>Old School murders this film!

100% disagreement. I think Old School is one of the most overrated comedies of the last decade, not overrated in the sense that it's not funny and people think it is, but overrated in the sense that it's unevenly funny in chunks yet people think it's better than Animal House.

>>54. Boyz N The Hood- 486
>
>bah. Menace is SOOOO much better.

As a young white man, I have no opinion.

>>89. The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert
>>Ford- 369
>
>I must've seen a different movie than everybody else. Very
>plain and boring. Good score tho.

Dug this one, so disagreement. I will say watching it while tired is a HUGE mistake though, the pacing will kill you if you're already ready for bed. However, when I'm awake and watching it, it's terrific.

>>109. Planes, Trains, and Automobiles- 311
>>120. A Christmas Story- 285
>>135. Murderball- 260
>>157. National Lampoon’s Vacation- 217
>>164. Happy Gilmore- 208
>>193. Beauty and the Beast- 173

Cosign on all except Happy Gilmore, ESPECIALLY Murderball.
