yes -- it's weird and disturbing. That's kinda, you know, the point.
I still think it's the best movie of the 1980s. I'm frankly a little stunned it didn't crack the Top 100 here.
Oh -- and in NO universe is Mullholland Drive a better film than Blue Velvet.
