"Sense and Sensibility" and "Passion Fish." To me, these are both films about women, not "chick flicks." They're not emotionally manipulative in the way that most chick flicks are.

I also love "Amelie" and "Before Sunrise," but I don't consider those meeting the click flick criteria.
