even Juanita KNOWS she probably won't get half, but in a case like this...where a lot of money is involved, you usually try to sue for the MOST you can possibly get. For instance, if something happens to you at a fast food resturant, you wouldn't sue for $1,000...you sue for $100,000,000. It doesn't mean you will get that amount, but lawyers set an amount for the most, or the highest possibility.

Because Juanita and Michael have 3 children, she'll get very good money, but I doubt she'll get half.
