is about a community in Cali that lives near a power plant, where the pollutants from the plant had seeped into the ground and fucked up the local water...Giving many people tumors, cancer and other diseases...The movie follows their class action suit agains the power company, who were of course denying it was their fault...

Come to think of it I dunno if they specified that it was well water, I just assumed because it was a rural community...But it might have been their piped water, which is even more frightening...

It was set somewhere out in the desert, I'm thinking 29 palms, which isn't *that* far from L.A....It was just frightening how so many people in that area had been fucked up from the water, including the livestock, etc.
