coca cola will not clean your toilet. It won't eat corrosion off of battery terminals. It won't dissolve metal.

Think about those self serve soda spots with the metal tray. They see more soda in a day than you can drink in a year. That metal tray should be holier than utamaroho at a juice bar, but they ain't.

It's just not good for you, leave it at that.
