If I have to drink lots of it every day I may as well have variety, esp. carbonated (no sugar), infused with natural flavorings and electrolytes.

My top five water beverages:
Poland Springs Sparkling Water
Glaceau Wellness Water
Glaceau Fruit Water
Glaceau Smart Water
Ice water

Of the five, the ice water is the best but electrolytes and flavor give it punch. I buy and use Brita to ease my mind a little about bacteria from the tap and I chill the water as much as I can. When I fast I drink room-temperature spring water so as to not shock my system.
