While i can't think of any off the top of my head, i would suggest picking up teensy little book by Sobonfu Some' called "Welcoming Spirit Home." this gives u an idea of how the community s set up so that i think (don't quote me) a stranger wouldn't be someone just outside of your family as it is here, but rather someone outside of the community. i think if u couldn't resolve it among yourselves (w/in the immediate fmaily) then help from wise ppl in the community is sought for mediation. i'll look tho'.
