i'll admit, i tried the two cleansing drinks based on info i got on Activist. i had only read of both drinks tasting nasty and the subsequent nausea produced as a result of the taste. I never EVER got the impression it was painful.

at first, i thought that maybe the pain was a result of the fact that this cleansing process was such a drastic change from a lifetime of poor nutritional habits.

and, i was going to the bathroom like every 10 minutes, releasing mostly liquidy & pebbly fecal matter.

so the process obviously worked.

but damn, it was rough...
