Mos Def..... Black Star and Black on Both Sides started to bring that feeling back for me. I had stop listening and checking for new Rap groups and artists for a while. I just kept pulling out my old tapes and and cds. Rahkim, De La, Tribe Called Quest, P.E., Goodie Mob (1st album), OutKast (ATliens), Roots, Com Sense, and the list goes on... I even started getting back into the music of my parents time to keep me from getting caught up in the degradation of the rap music when bitches, money, hoes, mentality became the main focus even in the underground... but my brother put me up on the Black Star album and I started to get that feeling again.. There is still hope for the music in Hip Hop.
