hog killinn,awesome!,but,n're again guttinn the intestine,but it was fun in the end as we did it on my brother-in-law's farm.

run water thru the intestines,cleaning them out and chitterlings later! boiled/ and,or fried.

grind up,make sausages.pork rinds.Fun day!
