Dershowitz obviously was backed into a corner and kept trying to change the subject. I don't blame him, if I were caught I wouldn't go gently into that good night either. Then again, even if I were to plagiarise (which I could never do), I wouldn't copy from something that has already been declared a fraud. The least he could do is copy a credible source.
