the finding that 1/3 of African-Am. men who engage in homosexual sex(whether openly homosexual, or bi, or not) are infected w/ HIV/AIDS, and 1/2 of them do not know it. The down-low Brothahs are hard to pin-point statistically, b/c, they are on the down-low, so what they are doing is kept "a secret".they aren't exactly JUMPING at the chance to participate in studies, as I'm sure you would imagine.
