It's about emerging out of the cold war, and starts as a dissertation on the failure of socialism and what that may have meant combined with the flight from "moral codes". The book is circa early '90s but it's dope.

I encourage ya'll to read as much by this man as possible, if nothing else for perspective. The man has a grasp on global politics.
